We are Death & Exhale, a death metal/deathcore band based out of Northeast Ohio. Our members consist of Anthony Tyler; Drummer, Dylan Dombrowski; Rhythm Guitarist/Production, Steve Hughes; Bassist/Vocalist, and Daulton Sekely; Lead Guitarist/Vocalist. We strive to make the most brutal music that Ohio has to offer.

Anthony and our former vocalist, Andrew Suttman, started the band together in 2020 as a guitar/drum duo. Forming the beginning of what we know now as the Underground EP. Picking up Steve as the bassist and fellow vocalist later that year. Dylan joined the following year as the rhythm guitarist, replacing Andrew so that he may focus on vocals. Together we finished and released that EP. We have been writing constantly, getting ourselves into every local venue that we set our eyes on. All the while, spreading the love of metal to everyone that has ears. We gained our lead/second guitarist, Daulton, in early 2024 rounding out our lineup as a five piece for the time being. However, due to personal differences within the band, Andrew departed in August of 2024.

Death & Exhale's music adds a unique twist of progressive metal and djent to your typical death metal and deathcore. Influences from bands such as Periphery, Spiritbox, Whitechapel, DarkoUS, Death, and Gojira. We have also played with the likes of The Static Wake, Dawn of Ouroboros, Heartsick, Dead Cassette, Fires in the Distance, Midwinter, Fromjoy, ENMY, Conquer Divide, RESISTOR, Fight From Within, and Hunt The Dinosaur. We have also been repeat artists on RaidFM and WMMS and have been featured on the Total Deathcore Spotify playlist.
